- Led strategic deals and created the legal, compliance, and internal audit departments for a client in its growth from small to large business organization
- Advised on structuring, drafting and negotiating cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, as well as counseling on a range of new and evolving transnational legal issues involving cross-functional, multicultural management teams
- Counselled on new legal issues at the intersection of international business and technology

Since 2005, Claudio has provided financial aid and pro bono legal advice to Fundación Cruzada Patagónica (an Argentina NGO devoted to education and rural development). He is the Foundation’s Social Ambassador in Spain.
