In 2009, Claudio Luqui set up Luqui & Co. as he identified international business organizations’ (entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, multi-national enterprises) increasing demand for holistic solutions to deal with global business and legal challenges. His experience has brought pragmatic insights to deal with clients’ challenges relating to doing business in foreign jurisdictions and to working with multi-cultural teams.

Prior to founding Luqui & Co., Claudio worked for the following international organizations:

• Amicorp Group (as its general counsel for 7 years)
• Baker & McKenzie (as senior associate in the Merger & Acquisitions and Insurance & Pension Funds practice groups and led air transport and aircraft financing transactions for over 5 years).
